Life Coaching My personal passion and service is working to assist individuals to live a fuller, more meaningful, loving, joyous and creative life. The life of our dreams. You may like help with your relationship, work life, creating a new business, running an advocacy group or exploring your life purpose. You may even be wanting a life make over. You may be facing the personal life challenges. Sometimes gentle guidance, an alternative perspective, inner exploration or coaching to uncover the best way forward is approrpriate. Sometimes more is needed to get you out of a life rut! You may be challenged but this is always to break old patterns and conditioning. 'Whole of Life' Coaching 'Whole of Life' coaching recognises no part of your life is separate. The problems in our work life play out in our intimate relationships. How we feel about ourself impacts our health and well being . . . and all arise from the same source. The goal is to reveal and heal the blocks and barriers to our essence. We can discover why you are not experiencing the depths of the love you desire, ways to unlock the chains you have placed on your own life and how to access your hidden talents and creativity. We can reveal what is limiting your own wisdom, love, passion and power. When we live from our essence our life comes into alignment. Our relationships, work, sex life, personal purpose and spirituality become unified. Our life becomes whole. What Happens in a Session? Every session is unique. To begin we connect to our breath. This creates a space of feeling communion with our inner being. Through a process of inquiry we will explore what has bought you to the session. From experience wherever we begin, whether it is a work, emotional or relationship issue, we will end up in an inner exploration of who you really are and what is blocking you from living from your essence and enjoying the life of your dreams. Rates I offer my services as my passion not my livelihood. Your capacity to pay will not be a barrier to receiving the support you desire to step forward in your life. |
